The competition was fierce but there were a few stand outs including music powerhouse Jon Baptiste. He is on an endless winning streak for his music, soundtrack compositions, live stage compositions, and lots more. Keep your eye and ears on him. He’s incredibly talented and prolific. You’ll recognize him as the musical director on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert. It was also extra heartfelt to see legend Tony Bennett introduce Lady Gaga singing the time-honored jazz hit Love For Sale. Their collaborations together are incredible. Treat yourself and revisit Tony Bennett’s music catalog. What a legacy of music.
