The Emmys for creative achievement took place last weekend, and it’s great to see so much imaginative work and artisans get formally recognized by the industry. Everything from voice work, choreography, set design, costume design, writing, directing, music scoring, editing, sound design, make-up, hair styling, and so much more are given time to shine. Big winners included singer/songwriter Adele for her live special, former President Obama for narration for a national parks documentary, the Beatles Get Back documentary, and the Steve Martin show Only Murders In The Building.
