Enjoying the holidays and getting enough sleep are equally important. Some of the caffeine in those fancy coffee drinks can keep us from getting rest. But do not fret! We found some tasty non-caffeinated beverages you can enjoy. Try hot apple cider, peppermint herbal tea, chamomile herbal tea with an orange slice, cranberry mocktails, and more. Just watch out for anything that has coffee or chocolate because they are the biggest caffeine culprits.
