New insight: Brene Brown has a new series
May 3rd, 2022
When we’re little, we’re taught to tie our shoes, read and write, ride a bike, etc. But one of the most important things that affect our daily lives is our feelings. There was never really a way to understand our feelings. Researcher and best-selling author Brene Brown has been doing extensive research for decades about feelings and is here with a new special, audible version, and book called Atlas of the Heart. Here she easily and in her signature down-to-earth way explains more about our feelings and the results of those feelings. The information she shares helps us embrace our own humanity, reframe how to deal with our emotions, and connect with others in more enlightened ways. At NoHo Senior Arts Colony, we can’t get enough of her! Rising Strong is also one of our favorite Brene Brown books. No matter what book you choose to read written by her, there will be lots of aha moments and motivational insights! Happy reading/watching!
