Make your Seder extra sweet with some fun new dessert recipes that still adhere to the dietary rules (not being able to eat leavened grains) and still be yummy. Woman’s Day has recipes for a flourless chocolate cake, cheesecake with a macaroon crust, chocolate meringue layer cake, Passover mocha cake, and lots more. Rebekah Lowin also has some delicious-looking recipes for holiday sweets, including matzo cocoa crumble, pavlova, matzo pralines, and so many more. Passover starts on April 15 and ends on April 23. The first Seder takes place on April 15 after nightfall. The Passover Seder celebrates the liberation of the Israelites and retells the Exodus story.
