Since it’s almost back to school time, it’s a good time for a reminder. There’s always something new to discover about the world. Lifelong learning is the concept that promotes self-initiated, continued learning, whether formal or more casual, or for work or for fun in person or online. Lifelong learning increases the quality of life by learning new skills and helps increase awareness of those in need in our country and around the world. It’s a life-affirming activity that is more meaningful to achieve true enjoyment. You can conduct lifelong learning on your own or take some classes that offer more socialization. It’s up to you. Learning new things helps on a personal level to get a better understanding of the most fascinating subject on earth: ourselves. At NoHo Senior Arts Colony, we’ve got a wonderful array of free classes to help you on your learning journey. You’ll stay motivated, create new goals, work on existing goals, and increases confidence.
