Grand Park Big LA Portrait Gallery: now thru JULY 4

Enjoy a very unique art outdoor experience at the 2nd annual Grand Park Big Portrait Gallery. This nighttime art event features photography from LA artists that is largely projected onto the L.A. County Hall of Records. The photos become larger than life. The theme for the images is the future of Los Angeles. This is top-notch photography by some of the best photographers in the nation. Grand Park is located in downtown Los Angeles between The Music Center and City Hall. Throughout Grand Park, open spaces are available not only for casual sitting and leisurely strolling, but also for civic gatherings. Grand Park has four distinct areas featuring amenities ranging from a restored historic Arthur J. Will Memorial Fountain with a new wade-able membrane pool, a small intimate performance lawn, a community terrace planted with drought tolerant specimen plants representing the diverse cultural make-up of Los Angeles itself, and a grand event lawn.
