The time change is coming! What to do with those extra hours of daylight
March 11th, 2022
Can you believe it’s already time to Spring ahead! At NoHo Senior Arts Colony, we love having more daylight hours. Springtime is such a good opportunity to enjoy a fresh approach to life and a sense of renewal. Things are blooming and so beautiful. With those extra hours of daylight, you can relax by our beautiful pool even longer. Or you could go on a daily walk and get in some easy cardio as you enjoy the fresh air when it’s less warm later in the day. Having more daylight is good for the soul. It just feels better and is inspiring to get more things done and have fun. Staying active is a big deal in our community. With more daylight hours, it’s more motivating. Taking a few 20 minutes naps will help you adjust to “losing an hour” of sleep. Now’s a good time to think about plans for the summer. Maybe go on some road trips to see the grandkids, find some new local trails to hike, pick up a new hobby, take an extension course at a university, head out to the beach more, and the list goes on and on. Whatever you do this Springtime, have fun! Clocks go back one hour on Sunday morning, March 13, 2022.
