Music icon Neil Young has something new to show us in his latest book Special Deluxe: A Memoir of Life & Cars. The 69 year old just took up watercolor painting. He loves classic cars and has done several watercolor paintings of them. “I have always thought about painting and never had the confidence to start,” Young says. “But when I wrote the book I searched and chose some photos of the cars and decided to trace them in pencil to eliminate the backgrounds and let the shapes dominate.” Young is also colorblind.
